MÖTLEY CRÜE Bassist, Ex-BEAUTIFUL CREATURES Guitarist Guest On New MARION RAVEN Single

December 19, 2006

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx and former BEAUTIFUL CREATURES guitarist DJ Ashba, with whom Sixx recently launched Funny Farm Studios (an "amazing state-of-the-art facility which includes three full-service studios and an amazing photography studio") produced and played on the first single from Marion Raven's (formerly one half of Norwegian pop group M2M) new album, "Set Me Free". A video for the track, entitled "Falling Away", is being shot in Colorado soon and will feature an appearance by Ashba. Nikki and DJ reportedly wrote and played on four other tracks on Marion's new CD, which is expected to be released in early 2007.

Raven (photo) previously collaborated with Sixx on the track "Heads Will Roll" from her solo debut, which was released via Atlantic Records. She is currently managed by Allen Kovac of Tenth Street Entertainment, who also represents MÖTLEY CRÜE and BUCKCHERRY, among other artists.
